I was impressed with the service at this hotel. The staff promptly addressed all my requests. The breakfast buffet offered various choices and I could order items from the a la carte menu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the big room size and balcony.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The temperature regulation was faulty, so it was too cold. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved .

The hotel has a fantastic location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The market is within walking distance, a definite plus for exploring local crafts and goods. Monkey Forest is also close.
