Excellent Stay in Great Location
prompt service buffet choice spacious room
I was impressed with the service at this hotel. The staff promptly addressed all my requests. The breakfast buffet offered various choices and I could order items from the a la carte menu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the big room size and balcony.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The temperature regulation was faulty, so it was too cold. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved .

The hotel has a fantastic location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The market is within walking distance, a definite plus for exploring local crafts and goods. Monkey Forest is also close.

The staff are attentive and cute. They offered assistance with luggage and provided helpful information. Staff members promptly addressed any questions, and they are quick to offer help when needed.
